NEW TREND: CAMEO (CAMAFEO)

I've always loved cameo jewelry. A real cameo is hand carved and usually one solid piece. It can cost hundreds of euros, which is out of my price range.

Siempre me han gustado los camafeos. Los camafeos de verdad están esculpidos a mano y suelen ser de una sóla pieza. Cuestan muchísimo dinero, por lo que están fuera de mi alcance.

Luckily there are a lot of fake cameos made of resin and other less expensive materials.


I remember a burgundy lace top that I bought in Mango many years ago that had a cameo brooch on the neck. I really liked it. The problem is that I think that I don't have this top anymore so there's no way I can get back that nice cameo (and top). Obviously it's better don't throw away anything because what's old is new once more...

Afortunadamente, podemos encontrar muchos camafeos de imitación que están hechos con resina y otros materiales menos costosos.

Me acuerdo de que hace ya varios años me compré en Mango un top de encaje en color burdeos que llevaba un broche camafeo que me encantaba. El problema es que creo que ya no tengo este top, así que no hay manera de recuperar aquel camafeo tan bonito (y top). Está claro que nunca hay que tirar nada porque lo viejo vuelve a ser nuevo...

ONE DRESS, 6 LOOKS

Some days ago I received a package in my mailbox from Smash!. Everytime I receive a package or a present I get very nervious and open it quickly. Does it happen to you, as well? 

Inside the package there was a dress and something else that I'll show you in short.

The dress was so cute and so versatile that, as soon as I saw it, I came up with different ways to wear it.

Hace unos días recibí en mi buzón un paquete de Smash!. No sé si os pasa también a vosotras, pero yo cada vez que tengo que abrir un paquete o un regalo me pongo híper nerviosa (con lo nerviosa que ya soy de por sí).

Lo que había dentro del paquete no me podía gustar más. Un vestido y algo más de lo que os hablaré próximamente.

El vestido me pareció monísimo y, nada más mirarlo, se me ocurrieron muchos outfits diferentes, por su versatilidad.
